Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona in partnership with its home sponsor Well Fargo Housing Foundation will be building a net zero energy affordable home as a Legacy Project for the 2009 GreenBuild Conference and Expo being held in Phoenix the week of November 9. Salt River Materials Group (SRMG) has sponsored the construction of a home at 11 N 28th Ave. This home will seek LEED Platinum certification, and achieve net zero energy consumption.
