Energy Star Homes

All HFHCAZ homes are built to Energy Star standards.  Energy Star homes are typically 20-30% more energy efficient than homes built to standard residential building code.

Features of an Energy Star home include:

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) for Homes

In the fall of 2008, HFHCAZ built the first LEED Platinum Certified Habitat home in the United States. For information on our current LEED builds please see below
